I created a modular piece that explores the design of a unique connection method between my curvilinear bent lamination components, that does not rely on glue. I used tension and compression-properties inherent to bent lamination- when designing my connection method. This was a process based assignment, where my interaction with my curvilinear lamination and consideration of appropriate construction methods developed the final form.
